This 4-storey building located in the northern part of Jakarta functions as a mixed-use between a dormitory and a living area for its owners. The idea of the design is to conceal the ‘look’ of a dormitory or a hotel and create the facade to be as simple and friendly, blending with the surrounding houses. Upon entering through the main door, guests are welcomed with a transition area consisting of a locker room, a seating area, and a small lobby. The rooms are separated into 3 categories, which are the standard room, gold class, and executive rooms. The second entrance on the left side is purposed for the owners into their own living quarters.
